The Ritualist Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are hand-packed with care and shipped from Darwin, Northern Territory.
Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
During product launches or busy periods, a short delay may occur as each Ritualist kit is crafted and packaged in small batches.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship Australia-wide from our Darwin studio.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.
Estimated delivery times:

NT & QLD Metro: 3–6 business days

NSW, VIC, SA, WA & TAS: 5–10 business days

Remote or regional areas: 7–12 business days
Express Shipping is available for most locations (1–4 business days once dispatched).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or remote-area logistics.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with a live tracking link.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 days of ordering, please contact us at hello@theritualist.store.
International Shipping
At this stage, The Ritualist ships within Australia only.
We’re working toward international delivery options soon — subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within 14 business days after dispatch, please reach out to us at hello@theritualist.store with your order number and photos of any damage.
We’ll liaise with the carrier and ensure your issue is resolved promptly.
Pre-Orders & Limited Kits
For limited edition or pre-order Ritual Kits, please refer to the estimated dispatch timeframe listed on the product page.
All items in a single order will ship together once the full order is ready.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We’re unable to guarantee address changes once your order has been processed or dispatched.
